The main idea of the concept is to emphasize two low and high office blocks with different materials and connect the whole building with green zone and roofs from the 1st floor to 9th floor.
The green belt linking with the park in front not only creates a unique point for the building but also increases the visual connection on the main road Phan Dinh Giot.
Low office block have favorable views facing the park, which attract pedestrians and vehicles. The façade design focuses on the elements of wood, glass and metal materials combined to create positive visual elements in close proximity, bringing material display elements.
High office block are heavily impacted by solar radiation, especially in the west and north. The high block will attract the sight of pedestrians heading from the airport to downtown. The façade design focused on solving the problem of reducing solar radiation by the perforated aluminum frame system, still ensures the view of staff in the office
