The project is located on Le Loi main road of Hue city, with great views from the land stretching along romantic Hương river. This is a great location to arrange a highlighted project not only for this road but also for the whole Hue city.
In addition to meeting function of the building as Trading and Hotel, we always care about urban planning context of Hue city to propose an architecture option that is in harmony with the surrounding identity but still accentuates the unique features and characteristics of this project. The project's approach lies in the main elements of façade form with stylized squares of Modern architecture and colors inspired by imperial palace architecture that has existed for hundreds years in Hue.
With this design, we want to bring the combination of Old and New with the square - curved architecture shape of Modern glass windows and Classic arches. The façade is combination of a modern glass frame system mixed with colored concrete arrays to bring a contemporary beauty but also reminiscent of modern urban values.
