Manage, organize and generate Basic Design, Technical and Construction Documentation
Manage and quality check drawing files, ensure the quality and suitability of design trades
Organize and coordinate project personnel
Work with relevant expert teams (Structure, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, etc)
Coordinate meetings and work with the investor
Good understanding of technicality, experience in author supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual is an advantage (fluent in English preferred)
07 years or more of experience
Experience in design technicality for project work (especially with high-rise projects, large scale, multifunction projects, apartments, offices, commercial services)
Able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
Able to organize and manage works seamlessly
Able to generate good technical design documents.
Experience with using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit Architecture software
Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, and other office management software
