Taka Garden Riverside Homes is located along the Vam Co Dong River, 35 km southeast away from Ho Chi Minh City, in Ben Luc District, Long An Province. Ardor Architects was assigned the 1/500 master plan and architectural design of townhouses, duplex villas, single villas in zone C1 with an area of approximately 190,000 square meters in the North East of the urban area.
Throughout the planning and architecture, we emphasized the difference of a river city with many green areas and the freshest living environment. Water surface element is used in urban design as a characteristic feature of Southwest region.
Architectural options are designed with two floors and the most economical GFA (100m2 garden townhouse, 150m2 duplex villa, 170m2 single villa) but still meet the need of using for many development scenarios of residents (family with 2-3 generations). Moreover, the project is not only affordable but also offers the flexibility and versatility of the plan, which meets the different needs.
