Van Lang new campus, envisioned through idea exchanges translated into design, will be a carefully crafted university complex, with every detail in design tailored for a specific didactic function, from the Great Hall to the lecture rooms, laboratories, sports complex, or dormitory, Van Lang's new school will be a harmonious connection to the city and surrounding architectures, celebrating the incorporation of  the natural landscape, as initially intended, to deliver an environmentally friendly life style.

Project boundary:

The project is located at Ben Hai, Ward 5, Go Vap District; bordering the boundary of Go Vap district and Binh Thanh district.

The surrounding of the site is as follows:

• To the North is a cluster of garden houses along Ben Cat river, Ward 5, Go Vap District;
• To the South is an existing residential area;
• To the East is the Lang canal;
• To the West is the extended Nguyen Thai Son street.                                                                                 `

Project parameters:

Total land area: 58,252 SQM (including the land belonged to Lang canal protection promenade and future road);

Area for construction: approx. 49,343 SQM (after subtracting the area of ​​the Lang canal corridor and planned road).

The project scale categorized it to be a city-level project, embracing the opportunity to reconcile urban planning, through the use of geometric and natural geography.
