The Bridgeview - by the name itself, we can somehow visualize the building location where is nearby the historical and romantic Saigon River, with the view looking to Phu My bridge - the longest bridge of Ho Chi Minh city linking 2 developed economic zones of District 2 and District 7.
3 sides of the project site face the Sai Gon river, the other faces Nam Long’s high-quality residential zone, so the residents of the Bridgeview project can use all the existing service facilities.
With the investment strategy of making the customers the central factor of the project, combined with the ingenious design concept of ARDOR Architects, The Bridgeview apartment complex with two blocks of 11 floors and 17 floors situated more than 85 % of the total 578 apartments to the views of the Phu My bridge. The smart apartment layout allows natural light and ventilation for common living spaces, bedrooms, and sub-areas of each apartment. Targeting young customers and dynamic users with stable incomes, the designer has come up with the solution to design apartments with suitable areas around 50m2 - 65m2. The ground space is designed with a hardcore area including toilets, kitchens, and technical systems, arranged along the corridor to leave a large, flexible space suitable for different needs of young customers at the very stage of life.
