Salary range: 10 - 15 Mil
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Existing condition survey
- Design 2D, 3D according to the company general process
- Establish Moodboard and Layout
- Develop the concept on elevation, with material and aesthetic specification to establish 3D.
- Develop technical drawings, interior design, architectural details
- Develop ideas according to customer requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A relevant degree in architectural design or interior.
- Priority is given to those with experience or strong interest in design service works, F&B
- Proficient in Autocad 2D, 3dsMax + Vray / Corona, Sketchup, 3D building skill is a plus.
- Good understanding of interior materials, construction methods relevant for different design ideas.
- Able to work independently or in groups, with quick adaptation, proactively organizing and controlling work.

- 01 Portfolio showing competent experience (softcopy less than 10MB)
