Salary range: 10 - 15 Mil
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform survey on existing site
- Create 3D models, perform still visualization and film rendering for the interior and exterior of the buildings based on architectural sketches for office buildings, apartments, commercial complexes.
- Able to present design ideas through presentations.
- Develop Moodboard and layout
- Develop technical drawings, interior layouts, and detail drawings
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, passionate, responsible, collaborative candidates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A relevant degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Preference is given to experienced candidates or strong interest in service and F&B projects
- Pragmatic experience in small and medium-sized architectural offices.
- Good understanding of interior materials and construction methods
- Proficient user of 3D software (SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, …) and illustrative software (Photoshop, In-Design, IIIustrator).

- 01 Portfolio showing competent experience (softcopy less than 10MB)
