Perform Basic Design, Technical and Construction Documentation
Collaborate with team members
Develop 3D model of the project with relevant design software
Work with relevant expert teams (Structure, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, etc)
Good understanding of project technicality
JOB REQUREMENT:
Bilingual is an advantage (fluent in English preferred)
A relevant degree in Construction or Architecture
02 years or more of experience
Experience in design technicality for project work (especially with high-rise projects, large scale, multifunction projects, apartments, offices, commercial services)
Able to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Able to generate good technical design documents.
Experience with using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit Architecture software
Microsoft Office, Photoshop, InDesign, and other office management software
